Lynette is a fully qualified and highly experienced Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist (Level 7), providing a confidential and professional counselling service. She also offers professional Supervision to counsellors, health care professionals and third sector organisations. She is a professional Registered and Accredited Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work within their ethical framework for good practice.

Her Counselling practice aims to give you the opportunity to explore your problems, distresses, or any difficult situations that you are experiencing in a confidential, non-judgmental, safe, and supportive environment. Her aim is to make your counselling experience a positive one and is at a pace that best suits your needs.

Lynette is a Relational Integrative Counsellor which means she is able to combine theory and techniques from a variety of major theoretical approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person Centred and Psychodynamic and integrate them into a single approach. This has the advantage of being incredibly flexible and creative in her practice and tailor her work to your specific needs or goals.
